Food Recipe For Adai
- 1 Cup Toor Dal
- 1 Cup Chana Dal
- 2 Cups Sona Masoori Rice
- 1 Spoon Fennel Seeds
- 1 Spoon Jeera
- 1 Medium Onion(finely chopped)
- ½ Cup Cilantro leaves(finely chopped)
- 1 Spoon Salt
- First soak toor dal, chana dal and rice for 4 hours
- Grind well for 15 minutes.
- Add fennel seeds and jeera while grinding.
- Let it grind for 5 minutes and take it out and put in a large container.
- Add chopped onion,chopped cilantro and salt.
- Leave it for an hour to mix well on its own.
- Make like dosa in a non-stick or dosa pan.
