Your career growth is going to take a pause in this month. There will be increased work pressure and tension. However there will not be any hidden politics even though you develop any heated arguments with your colleagues. Promotions and salary hikes are possible only in the first two weeks. If you miss this window, then you will have to wait at least until April 2016. It is better not to change your job from this month onwards.

Business people would have to work hard to complete the projects. You will have to go through many challenges and expenses will also shoot up. It is not a good time to apply for new loans and get new projects. It is a time for you to work on the projects you have already got and complete it in good shape.
