Unfortunately, this month is looking much worse on your career. Your work pressure and tension will be more. Even if you work for 24 / 7, you cannot please your manager. People working in foreign land even face more problems. You need to stay patient to cross this rough path.
You may go through unwanted changes, conspiracy, office politics and heated arguments. Avoid sending harsh emails as it will act as a strong evidence against you. If you are not careful, you may lose your job between Aug 17, 2019 and Aug 29, 2019. There is a risk of losing your job because of layoff, office politics or conspiracy.

You may also get tempted to quit your job due to the amount of humiliation you do through. This is not a good time to find new job or expect promotion on your career. This month will be hard for you to accept the failures. Focus on survival of your job instead of seeking for growth.
You need to avoid applying for your H1B extension. Rejection will be direct and much faster outcome on any pending visa and immigration application. In worst case, do not apply for H1B extension through premium. Even though this month is looking worse, you will see good changes from end of this year.
