Unfortunately, this is going to be very much challenging period for your career. There will be increasing work pressure. You may be asked to work on project that you are interested in. If you go org changes, that will affect you adversely this month. Office politics to get severe as this month progress.

If you are running weak maha dasa, you may be put under performance improvement plan. There is no surprise you have been forced to quit by taking blame for the fault of others. Chances of losing your job is less this month as Mars and Venus are in good position. But you may go unemployed after 6 to 10 weeks.

If you give any compliant about harassment or discrimination, things will get backfire. You may not get enough evidence to prove and will make your situation much worse. This is not a good time to explore new opportunities and expect promotion or any growth on your career. This month will be hard for you to accept the failures. Focus on survival of your job instead of seeking for growth. You may not get any benefits from current employer with respect to relocation or immigration.
