But you need to accept what you get and move on. Any negotiation may not work on your favor without your natal chart support.
Your work pressure and tension will go down. You will get good work life balance from this month. You will get some support from your senior colleague or peer manager to handle the office politics. If you are working in contract job, it will get renewed for another term. It is unlikely that you will get fulltime employment from contract job.
