You may get a good job offer with good salary package. But you will not get the desired job title. If you are in foreign land, you will have more work pressure and tension. There will be challenges in getting visa and immigration benefits. If you are applying for H1B extension, it is better not to go with premium processing.

Your employers will not be ready to give any insurance, immigration or travel benefits. If you are working in contract job, it will get extended, but you will not get full time position this month. There will be heated arguments with your boss and colleagues.
