If you are going through any pending litigation, you will make decent progress this month. As your time is not looking good in the long term, it is better to do negotiation and go with out of the court settlement. If you are running weak maha dasa, things will get stuck without making progress on either side.
If you did not get acquittal from criminal charges, then it is too late to appeal in high court. You need to survive until Nov 2020 to make good progress in the long term.
