You will experience more delays and communication problems. You will not get good hospitality. This will increase your temper. You will get into fights while travelling.
Unfortunately, things will get stuck with respect to your visa matters. It will not get rejected but will get delayed. You need to wait for about 8 weeks to make good progress. If you are due to apply for H1B renewal, then do not go with premium processing as you will get RFE. Avoid international relocation and foreign travel until Jun 30, 2020.
