Jupiter retrograde aspecting planets on your 7th house will create instability on your career. There will be lack of attention and motivation to do any work. You need to work long hours to do even small work. There will be increasing work pressure and tension in the second half of this month. You may expect to have serious fights with your managers after Aug 17, 2021.
Unfortunately, your career will take a stall at this point. You are unlikely to make any good progress for a long time that is until April 2022. You need to reduce your expectation and try to stay at the current level with no growth. You will get affected badly with personal and family problems. It is a good idea to spend more time to work to take care of your health and personal / family problems for the next 6 – 8 months.
