You need to avoid travelling as much as possible in the first two weeks of this month. You may have guests visiting your home. You need to spend money for their hospitality. You need to spend more money towards air ticket, hotel accommodation and attraction tickets. You can plan for travelling after Aug 17, 2021. You will be able to spend time with your friends, family and relatives.
If your H1B petition or visa application got stuck with RFE, it will get approved soon after Aug 17, 2021. It is worth waiting until early Sep 2021 for applying for H1B extension. You will have good fortunes in getting permanent immigration visa like PR or Green Card in the months of October and Nov 2021.
