Your work life will get affected badly due to cheap office politics at your workplace. You will be asked to report to person well below your qualification. You will have to sacrifice all your personal time towards assigned duties. Even if you work 24/7, you will not be able to finish the work completely.
Women at your workplace can give you hard time. If you are women, then can experience problems through your managers. You need to have enough tolerance to accept the work pressure to save your job.
