This is not going to be a good month for stock market trading. Even Professional traders and long-term investors may have to book losses around July 19, 2021. Speculative trading may lead to financial disaster as all major planers lined up in a bad position. Even if you take calculated risks, you will not find a time to exit from the market.
It is okay to go real estate investments after 4 to 6 weeks. You will be better off with staying in conservative investments like money market saving, treasury bonds until Sep 30, 2021. You will have good fortunes for speculative trading from Oct 2021 onwards. If you are doing construction of a new home, it is okay to move in as soon as second week of Oct 2021.
