This is not going to be a good month for stock market trading. Even Professional traders and long-term investors may have to book losses. Speculative trading may lead to financial disaster as all major planers lined up in a bad position. Even if you take calculated risks, you will not find a time to exit from the market.
You need to avoid real estate investments also. You will be better off with staying in conservative investments like money market saving, treasury bonds. You will have good fortunes for speculative trading from late Nov 2021. If you are doing construction of a new home, it is okay to move in after Nov 21, 2021.
