Even though personal life is not so great, you will make a pretty good progress on your career. You will get relaxed with good changes at workplace. The only thing is you may not be able to concentrate on work due to absence of mind. Your boss will be supportive of your growth even though you perform at average level. There will not be any office politics. But you will be least bothered about your work as personal problems taking first precedence.
