You will be better off by staying away from stock trading this month with respect to speculation. If you have any long-term holdings, then you can hedge your portfolio for about 6 weeks at least that is until Oct 15, 2021. You will make profits from stock trading only after 6 weeks. Your time is looking excellent for stock trading a long time that is between Nov 2021 and April 2022. But you cannot expect to have good results during this month.
If you do not lose money during this month, that would be a great achievement. It is a good idea to wait for another 6 weeks to do any real estate transactions. Even if you try to buy any investment properties, you will not get any good deals. Avoid playing money in lottery and gambling during this month.
