I do not see any sign of relief for working professionals. Mars on your Janma Rasi and Jupiter on your 3rd house will increase your work pressure and tension. Your boss will not be happy with your performance. It will be difficult to please your manager. Your Juniors will get good credits and promotion. You will get into heated arguments with them that will create bad impression for you. Things happening around you will be much harder for you to digest.
