Unfortunately, this month will turn out to be one of the worst months in your life. No matter how hard you work, you will not be recognized by your managers. You will be blamed for project failures. You will be affected by office politics, lawsuits, malpractice and conspiracy. As a result, you may lose your job between Nov 14, 2022 and Nov 28, 2022.
You may also face discrimination and harassment issues at your workplace. You will not get any good support from your HR or senior management. You need to stop looking for growth. Instead focus on survival for another few months to cross the current testing phase. If you are working in foreign countries, you will lose your visa status and travel back to your homeland.
It is not a good time to find a new job. If you are not able to tolerate the pain, then take medical leave instead of quitting your job. Things will get much better only from Feb 2023.
