The start of this month may seem to be okay. But the second half of this month looks terrible. You may experience sudden failures and disappointments. You will have heated arguments with your boss and colleague around Oct 26, 2022. You will be affected by office politics, lawsuits, malpractice and conspiracy. If you do not have tolerance and patience, you may lose your job between Oct 18, 2022 and Dec 18, 2022. It can happen as soon as Oct 27, 2022.
Reorg happening at your workplace will not go on your favor. You will be easily affected by layoffs. People working in foreign countries will face more problems. If you are running weak maha dasa, you may lose your visa status and travel back to your homeland. You may also face discrimination and harassment issues at your workplace.
But your HR or senior managers are unlikely to help. Things will backfire and you will be forced to quit your job. You need to stay patient for another few months to cross this worst phase in your career. If you are not able to tolerate the pain, then take medical leave instead of quitting your job.
