Saturn retrograde on your Janma Rasi house and Jupiter retrograde on your 3rd house will give you good results for your career growth. Your work pressure and office politics will go down. You will complete your projects on time. You will get kudos from your boss and senior colleagues. You will be happy with the bonus and incentives.
I do not recommend changing your job as your fortune could be short lived for the next 6 weeks. I suggest you focus on your current workplace and work on improving your working relationship with your colleagues.
