Your pending visa and immigration benefits will be approved before Nov 15, 2023. But once you cross Nov 16, 2023, things will go against you for about six weeks. Your visa or H1B or I-485 petition will receive an RFE from Nov 20, 2023. It will be better if you wait until Dec 30, 2023 and then respond to RFE.
