Working professionals will have to develop strong mindset to face big challenges. Office politics will get severe because of malefic Jupiter for the next one year. Even though you are running favorable maha dasa, you will get into problems at your workplace and can expect to have more work pressure and tension. But if you have got good natal chart support, you will be able to stay in your job but problems cannot be avoided.
You may be asked to work on the low quality projects and your new boss will start doing micromanagement on you. You may have to get used to face harassments at your workplace as well.
