You would have seen great career success in the past one year. You would have got big promotions and salary hikes. There is no surprise if you have got new job offers and moved to foreign land recently.
Now you will start facing many obstacles and office politics at your workplace. You may be asked to work on the low quality projects and your new boss will start doing micromanagement on you. You may have to get used to face harassments at your workplace starting from Feb 2017. Even if you give complaint about your problematic colleagues or boss to your HR, things will backfire and you will get more problems. This is not a time to look for your career growth or salary hikes, rather than survival and look after your personal problems.

You can be happy since Job loss is not indicated on the cards. But demotions are quiet possible since Janma Sani effects will get severe from Feb 2017. If you are working in foreign land, then visa problems may come up by early next year.
Government employees would have done very well in the last one year. But there is a very rough time ahead since Jupiter is getting into unfavorable spot. There is no surprise if you get any memo, performance / warning notice. It is not a good time to apply for transfers or relocation. You will get stuck with the current level and will not move up further because of unfavorable Jupiter and Saturn combination.
