Even though you have started running Asthama Sani since Jan 23, 2020, you would have seen good results on your career with the strength of Jupiter on your 7th house. Now, Jupiter is moving to your 8th house on Nov 20, 2020. You will get disappointed badly as you will not get expected promotion and salary hikes. You need to lower your expectations completely.

You may get into harassments by your managers but need to stay patient to keep your job. Any confrontation with your manager will backfire immediately. Your work life balance will get affected. You may be asked to work in a project that does not have any scope or visibility. You will get burned with conspiracy and office politics. Most of the time you do not even know that you are going to be the victim.
You need to be careful with any woman or younger people at your workplace or social circle. If you are a woman, then you may experience problems with your superiors, managers, etc. If you develop any emotional attachment to a person at your workplace, that will make your life miserable. You will lose your reputation, job and may get defamed. If you are working as contractor, your consulting company will take major portion of your salary.
