You need to be careful in the current Jupiter transit especially during the phase 1 and phase 5. This period will create a financial disaster. As all major planets Rahu, Ketu, Jupiter and Saturn are in a bad position, you may lose lot of money on your trading. It is OK to avoid trading completely. Avoid doing any real estate transactions in this period. You may get cheated on money matters. Avoid giving surety to your friends and relatives for bank loan approval.

Things will improve a little between Jun 20, 2021 and Nov 20, 2021 when Jupiter goes retrograde. But all it is saying is, you will lose small amount of money instead of bigger amount. So, you will continue to book losses even in this period. If you are running favorable maha dasa, then you can buy and move into new home. Avoid trying your luck in gambling / lotteries completely.
