It is going to be a painful phase for professional traders and investors. Speculative trading and betting on options, futures or commodities market can lead to a financial disaster especially between April 2022 and June 2022 and again between Oct 2022 and April 2023. All your calculations and technical analysis will go wrong, and you will keep losing your money. I suggest you stay away from stock trading completely until May 2023.

You need to avoid any real estate transactions – both buying and selling. You may get cheated on money matters by brokers, private lenders and home builders. If you start any new building constructions, your construction projects will be stopped due to unforeseen events. If you keep the money which you have got now for the next one year, that would be a great achievement.
