You might have done very well in stock trading and investments. You may have some fortunes during phase 3. But I do not recommend trading for the next one year as losses will outnumber your profits. The time between Nov 23, 2022 and April 21, 2023 will create financial disaster. You may keep losing money on every trade. All your money can be wiped out overnight. You will have to wait for 5 or even 10 years to recover such a money loss.

If you are into building construction or working in real estate projects, you lose a lot of money with betrayal, government policy changes, currency conversion rate and bankruptcies. Avoid buying any investment properties after Nov 23, 2022. You may have problems with your tenants on your rental properties. It is a good idea to have a diversified portfolio with more allotment towards treasury bonds, savings accounts, and other fixed assets.
