Jupiter on your 11th house would have provided good results in the past one year. Your income might have gone up significantly. Jupiter transit to your 12th house will create stagnation at your workplace. You will not be able to move up without your natal chart support. But Saturn on your 10th house can make your situation worse at your workplace especially from Nov 2023.
