Stock traders and investors might have done well on your investments. People who are into real estate and construction projects would have enjoyed good fortune. Jupiter transit on your 12th house will affect your fortune. But it is not a testing phase. If you expect a decent return on index funds like SPY or QQQ, then it is possible to achieve.
But any speculative trading will affect your fortune badly. You will have to book significant losses. It is okay to buy your primary home. But avoid buying any investment properties. It is not a good time to start a new building construction either. The on-going construction projects can be completed before Jan 31, 2025.
