Saturn & Rahu will continue to be in in Thula Rasi. Venus will be in Makara Rasi and goes retrograde on Dec 21, 2013. Mercury will be in Viruchiga Rasi until Dec 21 and then move onto Dhanushu Rasi. Venus Retrograde on Makara Rasi will be considered as major even during this month.
