The little relief you had at your workplace in the last month will come to end. You will start having more work pressure and your boss will keep doing micromanagement on you. There will not be anyone to support you at your workplace. You may feel bad on not getting good recognition even after your hard work. It is not a good time to look for growth, promotion or salary hike.
It is not a good idea to explore new opportunities. Chances of losing your job is less. But you may get tempted to quit your job because of humiliation. Confrontation with manager will backfire and you will lose in the game.
