You might have done well in the past few months with the strength of favorable Jupiter transit. Now Jupiter will be on your 10th house. It will create a new wave of problems at your workplace. Your work pressure and politics will shoot up. You need to have good natal chart support and running favorable maha dasa to sustain at your current level. Otherwise, you may lose the importance at your workplace, or even you may get demoted in the next 6 to 8 weeks. You may get a new manager who could be in junior level compared to your qualification. You need to stay patient and develop soft skills to handle the situation. You may be asked to work in a project which you do not like. Jupiter and Mars making square aspects will not give any benefits like relocation, promotion, salary hikes, immigration benefits from your employer. It is not a good time look for new job. Even if you get a job offer, you may get low salary or title and may get stuck with background check. Avoid applying for H1B extension and other immigration benefits for another few months.
