This is going to be another worst month for you to go through. Saturn on your Janma Rasi and Jupiter on your 3rd house will increase work pressure and tension. If you are on-call or in a customer support role, then you will have a more challenging time. You will go through sleepless nights as Sun, Mercury and Venus making conjunction on your 12th house. Your work life balance will be affected. You will be disappointed by not getting the promotion and salary hikes. You will be shocked when your junior colleagues are promoted to above your level.
Your temper will increase. There will be heated arguments with your boss and colleagues between Dec 12, 2022 and Dec 26, 2022. You may also be humiliated at your workplace. There will be cheap politics against you. If you are working in foreign countries, you will lose your visa status and travel back to your homeland. It is time for you to stay at the same level without expecting any growth. If you are running a weak mahadasha, then you will lose your job due to performance or lay off.
It is not a good time to find a new job. If you are not able to tolerate the pain, then take medical leave instead of quitting your job. Things will get much better only from Feb 2023.
