Sadly, this month is going to be another severe testing phase for you. Nothing will work out in your favor. You will have serious conflicts and heated arguments with your managers and colleagues. You will work very hard 24/7. But you will be blamed for project failures. You will get performance improvement plan (PIP) notice by your HR and manager. If you do not have good career chart, then you will lose your job around July 23, 2024.
Your juniors will be promoted to one level above you. To make things worse, you may be asked to report to them. You will not be able to tolerate the humiliation. You will be getting ready to submit your resignation voluntarily in the next 4 to 8 weeks. Keep in mind that if you lose your job, then you will have to wait for close to one year to get a good job offer.
The important thing is do not send any email or chat messages with your emotions. This will act completely against you. It is not a good time to explore new job opportunities also. You will lose confidence with the rejections on your interviews. This is the time you will realize that nothing is in your hands.
