Once you reach June 15, 2024, you will get good relief. Your work pressure will go down. You will get good support from senior colleagues to discuss your problems. If you have experienced any HR related issues, you will be able to respond nicely after June 17, 2023. If you are applying for H1B extension, I suggest you can go with normal processing instead of premium.
