Traveling is indicated but it will happen because of personal and medical emergencies. Given a choice, you will be better off by not traveling. There will be lot of delays, communication problems and logistic issues. The purpose of your trip will not be fulfilled. You will suffer in a new place with lack of hospitality between June 04, 2024 and June 22, 2024.
You will have problems in getting visa and immigration benefits. Your H1B petitions will be stuck at RFE. It is not a good time to go for visa stamping. If you have relocated to new city or country, you will have problems in settling down with lack of friends and logistic issues. It is not a good time to apply for Green Card and citizenships.
