Last year would have given you lot of setback on your finance. If you are into trading, you would have booked big losses in the last year 2015. Unfortunately your bad luck on your finance will continue very well into this year. You may expect to see increased expenses related to home repair, car repair expenses. Unwanted travel and medical expenses will also shoot up. Even though you could see some relief during the couple of months in this year, I do not see any major gains from your investments. As long as you stay at the current level on your portfolio, it would be great achievement.
You would have very hard time in getting loan approval. If you want to buy any real estate properties, it is better to avoid this whole year. Still if you have to buy home for your primary living, you can do by end of this year.
