Make sure to pay your payments dues for utilities in time. Since even if you miss one payment, it will go to collection and can affect your credit score. You will get some protection if you are running favorable maha dasa or your spouse is having good time on the transit. If you want to do refinance or apply for bank loans, it is better to do it in Feb / March 2017, otherwise you wait have to wait until end of this year.
