You will have many obstacles and office politics at your workplace. You may be asked to work on the low quality projects and your new boss will start doing micromanagement on you. You may have to get used to face harassments at your workplace starting from Feb 2017. Even if you give complaint about your problematic colleagues or boss to your HR, things will backfire and you will get more problems. This is not a time to look for your career growth or salary hikes, rather than survival and look after your personal problems.
If you are running weak maha dasa, you may lose your job in this year 2017. You may also have to take salary cut and demotion to survive on your job. If you are working in foreign land, then visa problems may come up and will travel back to homeland by around 2017. Government employees will have difficult time with no growth. There is no surprise if you get any memo, performance / warning notice. It is not a good time to apply for transfers or relocation.
