Unfortunately, this is going to be a bad year for working professional. You may not get motivated to work while your work pressure is increasing. You may not be able to complete the assigned duties in time. You will earn lot of hidden enemies. Your office politics will go up. Your colleagues around will take advantage of your weak position. There will be more conspiracy especially if you are holding any leadership position.
You need to be careful with any woman at your workplace or social life. If you are a woman, then you may experience problems with your superiors, managers, etc. Avoid developing new friendly relationship (boy / girl) since rumor can affect your reputation. If you are running weak maha dasa, you may get humiliated and defamed between Aug 2019 and Oct 2019.

No surprise if you get into harassments but need to stay patient to keep your job. Even if you give complaint about your problematic colleagues or boss to your HR, things will backfire, and you will get more problems. Any hasty decisions can create unemployment for you. This is not a time to look for your career growth or salary hikes, rather than survival and look after your personal problems. You will see good changes only after Mid Nov 2019.
