Avoid buying any investment properties. If you are giving advance to buy a flat, the builder may run away with your money by filing bankruptcy. You may expect to have problems from your tenants on your rental properties. If you own land, then you may experience problems through trespassers. You need to have diversified portfolio in this year 2020 with more allotment towards treasury bonds, savings account or other fixed assets.
