This new year 2020 does not begin with a good note. You may even lose your job as soon as this year begins. This can happen due to layoff, termination, poor performance or project cancellation. You will get disappointed badly as you will not get expected promotion and salary hikes. You need to lower your expectations completely for this year 2020.
You may get into harassments by your managers but need to stay patient to keep your job. Any complains you report HR will backfire and take out your job. Your work life balance will get affected. You may be asked to work in a project that does not have any scope or visibility. You will get burned with conspiracy and office politics. Most of the time you do not even know that you are going to be the victim.

You need to be careful with any woman apart from family at your workplace or social life. If you are a woman, then you may experience problems with your superiors, managers, etc. Even if you are moving as a friend, people will speculate and create rumors to affect your reputation. Falling in love with your college is the worst scenario you can face in the next one year. Stay away from any such developing relationship to protect your image, reputation and job. If you are working as contractor, your consulting company will take major portion of your salary.
