The start of this new year is looking miserable for working professional. As both Jupiter and Saturn are making conjunction on your 8th house, you will have more challenges. There will be severe office politics. Even if you work for 24 by 7 you will not be able to please your manager and complete the duties. You may even have to go through harassment at workplace. Even if you give complain to HR about such harassments or discrimination, things will backfire.
You will become the victim at no fault of yours. It is a good idea to avoid confrontation during phase 1 and phase 3. You will not be able to win against any legal cases. You need to reduce your expectations at your workplace to cross the rough Patch on your life. Otherwise, you may get laid off or terminated with no benefits.
The only relief you can have is Jupiter will be in a good position during phase 2 and phase 4. You can use this period to put back things to normal. If you are expecting job growth like promotion or salary hikes, it can happen only after November 20th, 2021. As Saturn will be on your 8th house for entire this year, you need to be careful by understanding that your time is not looking good. it is set time for you to sustain at the current level and not expecting growth until November 2021.
