However, I would not advise you to getting into speculative trading since the malefic effects of Saturn will stop you in taking big profits. If you are running weak maha dasa, there is no surprise if you even accumulate some more losses. This period is looking great only for professional traders and people running favorable maha dasa. Speculators and day traders need to stay away from trading to avoid more financial damage.

If you have accumulated enough savings, then it is a good time to buy primary home. Your bank loans to buy a home will get approved soon. But if you are looking to buy investment properties, you need to think twice. Since the investment property may lose on its value in the upcoming years. If you plan to hold the investment property for long term at least 4 to 6 years, then you would not have any major problems. Otherwise move onto conservative investments like government / US treasury bonds.
