You might be going through more problems at your workplace in the last few weeks. Unfortunately, things may keep getting worse as this month progress. You may get humiliated in front of other colleagues.

You need to stay patient and develop soft skills to handle the situation. It is just time for you to stay at the current level without expecting any growth.
